The max outer diameter of tube can be 250mm, the wall thickness can be from 2mm to 20mm.
The super high temp tube can be widely used in heating parts, radiant tubes, burners and other fields above 1400 ºC due to the perfect solution of the defects of Fe Cr Al alloy melted by powder metallurgy
The alloy tube 's property is similar to the Kanthal APM from Sandivk company.
On the other hand, We add rare earth elements into the new alloy tube which can be used for electric heating, resistance components and high-temperature structural parts and heat-resistant coatings with service temperature higher than the existing materials.
After more than 1 year test, our tube can be used at the temperature more than 1425ºC. The tolerance for the super high temp tube can be as follows:
