Nichrome Alloy
Grades: Ni80Cr20, Ni70Cr30, Ni60Cr15, Ni35Cr20, Ni30Cr20 etc
1. Performance: High resistivity, good oxidation resistance, very good form stability, good ductility and excellent weldability.
2. Application: It is widely used for electric heating elements in home appliances and industrial furnaces. And the typical applications are flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.
3. Sizes:
Round wire dia: 0.05mm-8mm
Flat wire(Ribbon) dia: Thickness 0.1mm-1.0mm, width 0.5mm-5.0mm
Strip: Thickness 0.2mm-3.0mm, width 0.5mm-200mm
