1) fast cooling of solid solution at 920 ~ 1150ºC;
2) according to the requirements of the buyer, it can be stabilized. The heat treatment temperature is 850 ~ 930ºC, but it must be specified in the contract.
Microstructure: the microstructure is characterized by austenitic type.
Delivery status:
generally, the delivery shall be in the state of heat treatment, and the type of heat treatment shall be specified in the contract. If not specified, delivery shall be made without heat treatment.
China's 1Cr18Ni9Ti is equivalent to the American AISI321, 0Cr18Ni9 is equivalent to AISI304, 1Cr18Ni9 is equivalent to 302,0 Cr17Ni12Mo2 (new number 022Cr17Ni12Mo2) is equivalent to AISI316

If used at high temperature of 700ºC, 1Cr18Ni9Ti should be suitable, because it is both austenitic stainless steel and widely used austenitic hot steel, but it is best not to exceed 750ºC, its heat treatment for solid solution treatment, that is, heating to more than 1000ºC, heat preservation after a certain period of water quenching, and then use 60~100ºChigher than the use temperature for aging
The difference between:
The carbon content of the two is not the same, 1Cr18Ni9Ti high. The contents of chromium and nickel are the same, 18% and 9% respectively.
In this way, due to the low carbon content of 06Cr19Ni10(0Cr18Ni9), its strength is lower than 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and its corrosion resistance is better than 1Cr18Ni9Ti. However, because 1Cr18Ni9Ti contains titanium resistant to grain boundary corrosion, its resistance to grain boundary corrosion can be improved by heat treatment.
Normal temperature can be used instead.
Generally speaking, 1Cr18Ni9Ti is the product representative of backward stainless steel production process. With the improvement of stainless steel production technology in the world, it has become obsolete. In view of China's national conditions, some occasions are still reserved, but do not recommend the type of steel. If you really need 1Cr18Ni9Ti, you can change it to 06Cr18Ni11Ti(0Cr18Ni10Ti). Whether 06Cr18Ni11Ti(0Cr18Ni10Ti) with Ti or 06Cr19Ni10(0Cr18Ni9) without Ti depends on whether the stainless steel is used in an intercrystalline corrosion environment.

The American Canadian union provides imported 1Cr18Ni9Ti spectra and chemical standard samples. The corresponding standard samples are American bureau of standards (ASTM), German standard, French standard and so on with good uniformity, which are mainly used in spark direct reading spectrometer and X fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) and other instruments.
