1Cr15Al5 is a iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) characterized by high resistance, low coefficient of electric resistance, high operating temperature, good corrosion resistance under high temperature.It is suitable for use at temperatures up to 980°C.

Typical applications for 1Cr15Al5 are used in electric locomotive, diesel locomotive,metro vehicle and high speed moving car etc brake system brake resistor.
