Thermal bimetal(5J1580/5J16)
1. Description:
Thermal bimetallic layer is composed of two layers with different linear Solid combination of expansion coefficient of metal composite materials. It holds the higher thermal sensitivity and high resistivity, low temperature stability is good, the welding is more easily and widely used. And it mainly is used for temperature measurement and automatic control equipment in the thermal sensitive element.
2. Component laminations and Chemical content:
High expansive lamination(Active): Ni20Mn6
Low expensive lamination(Passive): Ni36
Ni20Mn6: Ni 19.0%-21.0%, Mn 5.0%-7.0%, Fe Bal.
Ni36: Ni 35.0%-37.0%, Fe Bal.
