Corrosion resistance iron nickel chromium alloy 3J1 Ni36CrTiAl

3J1 precision alloy is an iron-nickel-chromium austenite precipitation strengthening type with high elasticity alloy. After solution treatment, it has good plasticity, low hardness and easy processing and forming. After aging treatment after solid solution or cold strain, high mechanical properties and elastic properties are obtained.
This type of alloy has the characteristics of high strength, high elastic modulus, small elastic aftereffect and hysteresis, weak magnetic properties, good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and can be used at higher temperature and greater stress. Or work under corrosive media conditions. 3J1 alloy can work below 250ºC. This type of alloy can also be used at low temperatures (such as near -200°C).
