Inconel713LC casting superalloy
Inconel 713LC alloy is equivalent to the domestic K418B alloy. It reduces the carbon content on the basis of K418 alloy, adjusts the content of molybdenum, aluminum, and titanium, significantly improves the plasticity and impact toughness, and further improves the structural stability of the alloy. Has good comprehensive performance. This material is suitable for integral castings. Inconel 713LC, it is improved from the γ-strengthened nickel-based alloy 713C to reduce the carbon content, a low-carbon (0.05%) 713C alloy. During the condensation process, the formation of large MC carbon compounds is prevented and the plasticity of the alloy is improved.

1.6Varieties, specifications and supply status Round bar-shaped master alloy ingots or various castings. As cast supply.
1.7Melting and casting process The master alloy is smelted in a vacuum induction furnace, and investment casting parts and patterns are remelted and poured in the vacuum induction furnace.
1.8Application overview and special requirements The alloy has been widely used in aviation, ground and offshore gas turbine working blades, guide blades and cast turbines that work below 900 ºC, and it is also widely used in diesel and gasoline engine turbochargers and hot extrusion dies. The long-term production and use practice of more than 1,000 tons of more than a dozen manufacturers has proved that the alloy has stable metallurgical quality and reliable performance. The INC0713C alloy, which is equivalent to this alloy, is widely used in various aero-engine turbine working blades and guide blades abroad. When the alloy is used for a long time under hot corrosion conditions, it must have a protective coating.
